How To: Resend Client Download Link

If a client has paid for a photo shoot and needs their link resent to them you can access that link via the shoot gallery. You will know if it is paid for by the blue icon showing 1 order.

Click on the blue arrow next to All Photos to select the download gallery that was created for this shoot.

Select the “David Parks Order (34)” from this list. Once you have that selected you can click on the 3 Blue dots to show the Download Set Options Menu. You can click on the link and the copy and paste the web address to the client, or you can click on Send Email and send out the link via a email that will open up.

The client will also have access to the download from their client portal. They can view the order:

and by opening that order they will see the Download Option on the top of the invoice.
